RETURN POLICY
Retail Edit items are selected our vast archive, documented for any imperfections and measured for your convenience and shopping ease. For more information visit our Fit Guide and Vintage Condition Chart.
While all sales are considered final (pertaining mostly to vintage), we will take into consideration exchanges/store credit for items grossly misrepresented. Exchanges are handled on a case by case basis and you must contact us within 48 hours of your order being delivered.
This means within 2 days of your item being delivered, you must e-mail us to let us know if you have issues with your purchase. Past the 48 hours delivered window, exchanges/store credits are no longer considered.
RETURN SHIPPING
Buyer will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly suggest getting tracking information or purchasing shipping insurance especially if you are returning something from overseas. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
